Welcome. This is a personal portfolio site (opentowork.lol) built by Evgenii Zotkin to demonstrate technical skills, with some jokes about tech hiring layered on top. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What this site is

A personal, non-commercial portfolio and demo. Features (an AI assistant, a "hire form," reaction counters, and so on) exist to demonstrate that the underlying technologies work. Nothing here is a commercial product or a guarantee of service.

Acceptable use

Please don't: attempt to break, overload, or abuse the site or its AI assistant (including prompt-injection attempts, automated scraping, or trying to run up costs); use the site to break any law, or to submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content through any form or the assistant; attempt to access data or systems you're not meant to. Reasonable, good-faith poking around - including inspecting the code and the openly published repository - is welcome and encouraged.

The AI assistant

The assistant is powered by a third-party AI model and is provided "as is." It can produce inaccurate or incomplete information and should not be relied on as fact. Messages you send to it are transmitted to a third-party provider (see the Privacy Policy). Don't submit anything confidential.

The "hire form" and other inputs

Anything you voluntarily submit (for example, through the hire form) is submitted at your own discretion. Don't include confidential or sensitive information. Jokes on the site are jokes.

Donations

Any donations (via Ko-fi) are voluntary, non-refundable, and grant no product, service, or obligation in return. They just help cover the hosting bill.

Intellectual property

The site's source code is published in a public repository under the license stated there. This content and design otherwise belong to Evgenii Zotkin. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may be unavailable, contain errors, or change at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evgenii Zotkin is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its AI assistant.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
